- Depends on how old you are, how many tickets and accidents you've had, if you're male or female (seriously). All you can do is call around and get quotes. You'll also have to put money down as well.
P.S. Also...it depends on what sort of coverage you want. Liability, above state minumum, comprehensive (glass breakage), collision....etc. Just call an insurance company. Maybe you can get quoted online, too....but you'd better get insurance before you drive the car off the lot.
- Depends on your age. People from ages 16-24 will have higher insurance. If you're a male, your insurance will also be higher. The year of the car changes your price as well, 2002 will be much cheaper then 2008. Also, if your car is red your insurance will be higher, because it's more prone to getting tickets since red is really noticable.. Having tickets and shit wont help you out either. Maybe around $800-$900 per 6 months. It depends though.
- Well since you live in Cali insurance on a car like that will be very high since it is considered a tuner car. Age also plays a big part into how much you will pay for insurance. Not too mention, if you plan on modifying this car Cali know for being very tough on people making car modifications. Try going online and filling out some insurance quotes and see how they turn out.
- Honestly, you should check the cost of insurance before getting the car. The WRX may be considered a sports car and may be very expensive to insure if you are young and/or have a poor driving record.
- The rating process uses a number of factors to determine the premium. Age of driver, MVR of driver, credit score of driver, location where vehicle is garaged, value of vehicle to be insured, annual miles driven, use of vehicle, etc. So you see nobody can answer your question at this forum. If you have insurance at this time, call your insurance company & ask them. The BIPD premium will remain the same, only the comprehensive & collision premium will change.
- Try to look for comparison sites for car insurance companies. It will help you to find the most reliable and cheapest car insurance provider.
