Did Subaru make a 2002 WRX STI? If so do you have any good links to check out?
Im thinking about purchasing a 2002 Subaru WRX and going to a junkyard to pick up some parts from a STI. I would just spend the extra money to buy a STI but their are some things i prefer about the WRX (2.0L 5-speed) i want the brakes from a STI and some suspension components does anyone have any good suggestions?

The first year for the STI in the U.S. was 2004.
- Been around since 93 or 94. If you wand to buy STI parts for your car, just about anything motor wise and interior will fit from 04 to 05. Suspension changed in 05 including the wheels so you will have to look for suspension and break parts form an 04 to fit on your car. The JDM STI parts from 02-03 will pretty much all fit as well but it will cost a little more since you can't find those at any junk yard in the US.
