They show you a method to search just about every insurer.
I've just gone with Swiftcover. Cheap *and* online.
- the cheapest one,try go compare or one of the other online insurance comparrison sites to get quotes before you buy.then all you have to worry about is how much petrol it will guzzle
- No one can tell you but the insurance company. It depends on your record, what city you live in, how close you live to work, other licensed drivers that live in your home. Many other things too. Shop around with a generic VIN number if they want one. It's good to get prices before you buy the car because they will give you better rates. If they know you already bought the car and need the insurance immediately they may tack on a few bucks.
- Try HIC
- Try looking around online for price comparison sites. You could start with moneysupermarket.com or gocompare.com.
- the chearest i found was the post office and you can do it on line, www.postoffice.co.uk ----click on car insurance, put in your details etc and they even give you £50 cash back good luck
- TESCO
- I'm 36 and I insure our Impreza turbo with Post Office Insurance.
I've got 3 yrs no claims and it costs me just over £400 a year fully comp.
- sent mail.
- Adrian Flux, best by far. (dont be afraid to tell them you could get it cheaper, they are negotiable)
Comparison websites are a waste of time they pick the cheapest options with no "extras"
