How do I get a virtual machine to boot from Optical Drive in VMware?
I have been attempting to get my Virtual Machine in VMware to boot from a CD/DVD Drive to install Fedora 12. However, all of the options I have tried so far have not worked. It does not look like it is even attempting to boot from the CD/DVD, it just tries a Network Boot then says "Operating System Not Found".

- When you power on your guest VM, click your mouse inside the window right away to give your guest focus. Then press the F2 key to enter the virtual BIOS. Use the right-arrow key to navigate to the Boot menu. Now use the instructions on the right of the screen to change the order of the boot device list on the left of the screen.
