How do I open a VM created in VMWare for Windows in VMWare fusion for Mac?

I created the VM in windows, now I want to open it in Mac. Have installed VMWare fusion.

You should be able to just copy the folder containing the virtual machine over to Mac. That can be done via external hard drive, Ethernet, Firewire, however.
