How do get a regular computer to ping or access my VMWare machines?
I have VMWare workstation 7.0 setup on my laptop with windows 2008, windows 2003 and windows vista and they can all ping each other and my laptop can ping the virtual machines, but when I connect my laptop to a switch and try to ping or access my virtual machines from another computer I cannot access the virtual machines or see them. Is there a way to access my virtual servers from an actual? Please help!

- you need to make sure they are bridged to the nic on the laptop and not in their own network, it may be set up as a nat network to the laptop. you need it to be bridged to the network adapter, that way they become accessible to your network
