2002 Subaru WRX Specs and Information? On a stock engine: Does it have a turbo? If yes, do all of them? How much HP on a stock engine?

Looking to buy a FAST car? Looking for a quick car, acceleration wise, dont care for top speed I test drove a 2002 subaru wrx, it was making 197hp at the wheels, and it was really quick, was going to buy it but sadly the title wasent in his name so I couldnt get a loan on it, anyways. I found a 98 gst, how fast is it? Specs say 210 hp so thats probably like 175 at the weels. so It cant be that bad. Does anybody know the 0-60 times? If anyobdy wants to give me an other ideas Id greatly appretiate it, my budget is 10k or less.
